What you'll do
- Support the full recruitment cycle including job postings, CV screening, interview coordination, and candidate communication
- Deliver a smooth and welcoming onboarding experience for new team members
- Assist in performance review processes and coordinate training and development activities
- Act as a support partner to line managers on daily HR matters
- Manage employee documentation and HR administration processes
- Handle ERGANI submissions and support compliance with labor legislation
- Assist with payroll preparation and monthly payroll procedures
- Monitor employee records, contracts, leaves, and attendance
- Support employee engagement initiatives, trainings, and internal HR projects
- Contribute to creating a positive employee experience across all hotel teams

- Bilingual fluency in Greek and English

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Previous experience in HR administration or hospitality HR will be considered an asset
Good knowledge of ERGANI and Greek labor legislation
Familiarity with payroll processes
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Fluency in Greek and English
