What you'll do
- Coordinate with payroll providers and manage payroll changes
- Collect, validate, and process payroll-related changes including hires, terminations, bonuses, and deductions
- Collaborate with Finance on payroll accounting and balance confirmations
- Monitor and support labor cost and headcount budgeting processes
- Manage employee contracts for international hires based in Greece
- Coordinate with external providers on labor legislation and regulatory matters across countries
- Coordinate with payroll providers for issuance of annual employment certificates
- Ensure preparation and coordination of internal and external audit requirements
- Support development of new partnerships
- Monitor and validate provider invoicing and related documentation
- Manage group insurance plans and pension programs
- Coordinate with insurance brokers and external advisors
- Act as contact point for employees on payroll, contracts, and benefits matters
- Collaborate with HRBPs, Finance, Legal, Tax Advisors and external stakeholders
- Collaborate with Group HR to implement common policies and procedures across entities managed from Greece
- Prepare and support ad hoc reporting requirements related to Group Corporate Center employees
Key requirements
- 4+ years' experience
- Payroll administration and coordination with external payroll providers
- HR operations and employee contracts management
- Labor legislation knowledge and employee benefits administration
- Collaboration with multiple departments including Finance, Legal, Tax Advisors, and external partners
- Analytical skills and vendor invoice validation
- MS Office proficiency, especially Excel
- Confidentiality and professionalism
- Experience with HRIS and payroll systems
- Communication skills in English and Greek
- Human Resources / Business Administration / Finance / Accounting / Related fieldpreferred

TITAN Greece has an exciting opportunity for an International Payroll & HR Operations Specialist to join our HR team, reporting to the Rewards & HR operations manager and based at our Athens Headquarters. The role focuses on international payroll coordination, employee benefits administration, HR operations and coordination with external providers across multiple countries for Group Corporate Center (GCC) entities. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with HR, Finance, Legal, Tax Advisors and external partners.
Responsibilities
Coordinate with payroll providers, manage payroll changes and support payroll payments
Collect, validate, and process all payroll-related changes, including hires, terminations, allowances, bonuses, per diem expenses, deductions, insurance funds and taxes
Collaborate with Finance on payroll accounting entries and balance confirmations
Monitor and support labor cost and headcount budgeting processes
Manage employee contracts for international hires based in Greece
Coordinate with external providers on labor legislation requirements and employment-related regulatory matters across different countries
Coordinate with payroll providers for the issuance of annual employment certificates
Ensure the timely preparation and coordination of internal and external audit requirements and requests
Support the development of new partnerships
Monitor and validate provider invoicing and related documentation
Manage group insurance plans and pension programs
Coordinate with insurance brokers and external advisors
Act as a point of contact for employees regarding payroll, contracts and benefits-related matters
Collaborate closely with HRBPs, Finance, Legal, Tax Advisors and external stakeholders
Collaborate with Group HR to ensure alignment and implementation of common policies and procedures across the entities managed from Greece

Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or related field
4+ years of previous experience in payroll administration and HR operations within an international environment
Good understanding of payroll processes, labor legislation and employee benefits within an international environment
Experience in coordinating with external payroll providers and stakeholders
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Advanced MS Office skills, especially Excel
Experience with HRIS and payroll systems will be considered an asset
Fluency in English and Greek, both written and spoken
