What you'll do
- Generate repair and warranty orders for aircraft parts and tools
- Prioritize and administer repair requests and quotation requests
- Create repair orders and enter order, status, vendor quote, and pricing data
- Communicate with vendors to resolve discrepancies, improve pricing, and expedite orders
- Work with accounting to resolve invoice issues
- Use the Inventory Locator System and coordinate with MROs to find repair vendors
Key requirements
- Repair order administration and warranty order processing
- Supply chain support and MRO coordination
- Vendor communication and invoice issue resolution
- Data entry, quotation management, quoting, and price negotiation
- Inventory Locator System and trace documentation
- Advanced MS Office, English language, sales support, and multitasking
