What you'll do
- Review purchase requests and release purchase orders to vendors
- Contact vendors to obtain quotations and negotiate terms
- Coordinate order deliveries with vendors
- Receive, store, and deliver equipment to internal stakeholders and clients
- Handle faulty equipment including RMA requests and tracking repair status
- Optimize logistics by monitoring shipments, transportation costs, and delivery timelines
- Conduct annual on-site inventory and prepare inventory listings
- Manage import/export license issuance if required
- Utilize ERP systems for procurement and warehouse processes
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Procurement, Logistics, and Warehouse Operations skills
- ERP systems familiarity
- Microsoft Office proficiency
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and decision-making ability
- Logistics / Supply Chain / Business Administration / Economicspreferred
