What you'll do
- Research potential suppliers and contractors
- Compare and evaluate offers from suppliers and contractors
- Negotiate key agreement terms and prices
- Track orders and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain and update purchasing database ensuring data accuracy and traceability
- Prepare purchasing reports including cost analysis and market trend reports
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Supply Chain and Procurement knowledge
- Negotiation and Supplier Management skills
- Purchasing Orders Tracking and Data Management abilities
- Technical Specifications Reading capability
- Proficiency in English language
- MS Office and ERP Systems (SAP) familiarity
- Organizational Skills and Teamwork
- Technology Engineering / Supply Chain, Procurement or Engineering
