What you'll do
- Define and execute the go-to-market and sales strategy for the new offering
- Identify, target, and convert new banking and financial services clients
- Promote Digital Banking solutions to improve customer experience and operational efficiency
- Build relationships with senior stakeholders, partners, and ecosystem players
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through contract closure
- Develop account plans to identify growth opportunities and expand customer relationships
- Position solutions around digital banking, customer engagement, onboarding, lending, and omnichannel needs
- Collaborate with Product, Pre-Sales, Delivery, and Marketing teams on tailored solutions
- Lead customer presentations, workshops, and discussions with business and technical stakeholders
- Maintain pipeline forecasts and accurate CRM records
- Represent the company at industry events, banking conferences, and networking activities
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and Digital Banking and Fintech developments
- Ensure activities comply with regulatory requirements and anti-bribery policies
Key requirements
- 10+ years' experience
- Enterprise sales, Business development, and Account management
- Digital Banking, Fintech, Payment solutions, and Credit and microfinance solutions
- Go-to-market strategy and Consultative selling
- Commercial negotiation and Relationship management
- Stakeholder management and Presentation skills
- CRM systems and Microsoft Office
- Business Administration / Finance / Economics / Computer Science / Any Field
