What you'll do
- Lead analysis of system integrations and interoperability requirements across complex IT environments
- Gather and clarify requirements with business stakeholders, external partners, and technical teams
- Analyze data flows, system dependencies, and integration points against business processes
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Document and maintain interfaces, APIs, data mappings, use cases, and process flows
- Coordinate with developers, architects, testers, and project managers to support implementation
- Support testing activities, interoperability validation, and UAT processes
- Provide guidance on integration technologies, authentication, and security
- Identify opportunities to streamline integrations, improve data consistency, and enhance automation
- Support solution design and delivery in integration-focused client projects

- Functional and technical specifications; data mapping and data flow analysis
- APIs, REST/SOAP services, XML/JSON, and messaging
