What you'll do
- Collaborate with business units to identify, document, and validate requirements for banking projects
- Analyze processes, workflows, and systems to identify improvements and align with business objectives
- Develop functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for development teams
- Support project teams throughout the implementation lifecycle, including testing and user acceptance
- Conduct data analysis and reporting to support business decisions
- Assist in maintaining compliance with banking regulations and internal control standards
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Business analysis and requirement documentation
- Banking operations knowledge and compliance
- Functional specification development and business process modeling
- User acceptance testing coordination
- Data analysis and problem-solving skills
- Communication skills and project delivery support
- Finance / Business Administration / Computer Science / related fieldpreferred
