What you'll do
- Perform analysis, design, IT/integration testing, and support implementation and UAT for projects and small enhancements
- Analyze existing systems and understand new business or IT stakeholder needs
- Clarify functional and non-functional requirements and present solutions and recommendations
- Prepare functional and technical documentation such as process maps, workflows, and user manuals
- Prepare test scenarios, maintain test repositories, update tools, plan and execute IST, and review automated testing results
- Follow Business Analysis team processes and support process evolution
- Perform second-level support diagnosis, maintain fixes documentation, and conduct root cause analysis during problem and incident management
- Identify and escalate urgent issues
- Support users by providing training and advice on application use
- Support onboarding and provide on-the-job training to new team/division members
- Ensure compliance with internal and external regulations and mitigate compliance risks in business practices

- Business analysis with user stories and acceptance criteria
- Scrum and Kanban agile methodologies
- SQL queries and REST API calls for data analysis and integration testing
- Legacy systems experience and technical environment navigation
- APIs knowledge and system interoperability
- IT/integration testing, functional and technical documentation
- Problem and incident management
- Training and user support
- Compliance with regulations
