What you'll do
- Participate in business consulting projects in the financial sector with focus on digital banking
- Support gathering, structuring, and documenting functional and business requirements
- Analyze business documents and translate them into system or application requirements
- Create or lead process maps, business workflows, and user journeys
- Collaborate with developers, designers, testers, and analysts
- Ensure solutions align with business goals, user needs, and regulatory requirements
- Lead or participate in client meetings to clarify requirements and present findings
- Maintain professionalism, quality, and accuracy in analysis outputs
- Contribute to a collaborative and ethical work environment
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Business Consulting and Business Analysis skills
- Functional and Business Requirements Documentation and Process Mapping
- User Journeys design and Project Implementation Methodologies knowledge
- Portfolio Management and Financial Analysis experience
- Basic understanding of Software Development Concepts, Mobile Applications, and Web Services
