What you'll do
- Lead AI aspects of client engagements with real-time data and scenario visualization for workforce decisions
- Partner with workforce specialists to design session experiences aligning strategic questions with AI capabilities
- Advise C-suite leadership on AI feasibility, investment, and implementation for workforce contexts
- Rapidly build functional AI prototypes using client data including intelligent agents and dashboards
- Define clear success and termination criteria distinguishing decision tools from delivery commitments
- Document strategic pilot architectures for seamless handoff to implementation teams
- Manage session intelligence ecosystem by synthesizing research, automating analysis, and pre-visualizing data
- Design and improve internal AI tools to enhance workforce solution competitiveness
- Collaborate with Experience Center and specialists to scale session-born AI innovations into repeatable implementations
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Front-end development and modern web development fundamentals
- Prototyping and interactive application development with AI APIs and LLMs
- Workflow automation tools and experience integrating AI technologies
- Problem solving in live, time-constrained environments such as client workshops
- Communication skills for translating technical concepts to non-technical audiences in English and Greek
- Collaboration skills in fast-moving consulting settings and client engagement
