What you'll do
- Install retail systems and configure them according to requirements
- Support retail systems and respond to customer queries about applications
- Train and guide customers and partners on application usage
- Train the support team and create training materials for new project implementations
- Participate in team projects to ensure accurate and timely delivery
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Installation and configuration of retail systems
- Customer support and handling user queries
- Training customers, partners, and support team
- Creation of training material for new implementations
- Communication skills and teamwork
- SQL scripting as an additional skill
- Computer Sciencepreferred
