What you'll do
- Engage with senior executives to define and execute enterprise-wide Data Management & Governance strategy programs
- Lead Data Management & Governance assessments and develop strategy, roadmaps, and implementation plans
- Build technology solutions for Data Management and Governance to innovate and create value
- Provide end-to-end services from strategy ideation to MVP implementation and enterprise scaling
- Lead customer conversations and architectural teams in defining Data Management architecture
- Support business development including proposal writing and client presentations
- Create consulting offerings and reusable templates
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Data Governance Operating model & Policies, Data Quality, Master Data Management, Metadata Management & Data Cataloging, Data Lineage, Data Compliance
- Data Governance Frameworks (DAMA, DCAM) and implementation methodologies
- Maturity Assessment and Gap Analysis with strategic roadmap development
- Modern Data Stack and Agile Environments expertise
- Conducting Customer Workshops to understand priorities and maturity
- Business Development and Proposal Writing
- English Language Proficiency
- Information Technology
