What you'll do
- Ensure the smooth operation of the checkout and warehouse departments and the wider store
- Monitor daily store activities and guide your team to achieve company goals
- Ensure daily activities follow company procedures, standards, and policies
- Deliver excellent customer service while understanding customer needs and supporting sales and profitability
- Manage personnel matters and coordinate back-office projects with head office
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Store operations, retail operations, cashier department operations, and warehouse operations
- Team management and emergency management
- Customer service and negotiation
- Goal achievement and working under pressure
- Microsoft Office and ERP systems
- English language
- Higher or Tertiary Education
