What you'll do
- Oversee daily department activities and ensure smooth, efficient operations
- Lead your team effectively and deliver company targets
- Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and increasing sales and profitability
- Maintain and showcase the company identity through the department’s presentation and standards
- Propose solutions to strengthen the company’s competitive market position
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Team management and emergency management
- Cultural products knowledge
- Retail sales experience and customer service
- Sales target achievement and sales and profitability improvement
- Microsoft Office and ERP
- Working under pressure and deadline management
- English language, communication and negotiation
- Higher Education
