What you'll do
- Organize store operations and assign responsibilities to the sales team
- Monitor, guide, and train team members to maximize performance and meet store sales targets
- Handle customer complaints and maintain the store’s reputation
- Implement and monitor promotional activities with the Marketing department
- Track market trends and competition to identify store improvement needs
- Acquire new customers and partners
- Monitor store sales KPIs and prepare relevant reports when needed
