What you'll do
- Ensure the store operates smoothly according to quality standards, procedures and company policies
- Lead, guide and inspire the team to achieve high performance, collaboration and customer service
- Oversee store operations on the sales floor and provide real-time team guidance and quality customer service
- Monitor performance indicators and convert data into specific action plans
- Apply commercial strategies, promotional activities and pricing policies to maximise profitability
- Control inventory management, merchandising and the overall in-store customer experience
- Analyse reports from BI, Optishift and HR Cloud and use insights for decision-making
- Collaborate with central Commercial, HR, Marketing and Operations teams to implement company strategy in the store
- Ensure compliance with health and safety, digital time-card and working-hours policies
- Encourage team participation in training and development plans and identify talent and development opportunities
- Foster a culture of coaching, accountability and continuous improvement
- Represent the company in the local market and strengthen the employer brand and relationship with the local community
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Team management and crisis and emergency management
- Retail sales experience and technology product knowledge
- Commercial strategies and pricing, merchandising, and inventory management
- KPI and performance analysis and target achievement under pressure
- BI, Optishift and HR Cloud, ERP, and Microsoft Office
- Communication skills, negotiation skills, and English language
- Higher Education
