What you'll do
- Ensure the smooth daily operation of your department and guide the team effectively.
- Deliver excellent customer service while understanding customer needs and maximizing sales and profitability.
- Maintain and promote the company identity through the department’s appearance and presentation.
- Propose solutions to strengthen the company’s competitive position in the market.
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Team management and emergency management
- Cultural products knowledge
- Retail sales experience and customer service
- Goal achievement and working under pressure
- Microsoft Office and ERP
- English language, communication skills and negotiation skills
- Higher Education
