What you'll do
- Own and maintain demand plans across assigned markets, channels and categories for the 1–4-month planning horizon.
- Coordinate with mid-term planners and managers to translate plans into short-term execution and feed back learnings.
- Lead Demand Control discussions, identify risks and gaps, and drive agreed actions to closure.
- Translate commercial plans, promotions, innovations and market trends into short-term demand forecasts.
- Manage demand forecasts in Blue Yonder, maintaining data quality and applying statistical forecasting and exception management.
- Monitor forecast accuracy and bias, analyze plan-versus-actual results, and perform root cause analysis.
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance and Supply Planning to incorporate demand drivers and improve forecast quality.
- Support iSO&E by providing visibility of short-term demand risks, opportunities and scenarios.
- Participate in the East Europe IBP Network and support Demand Planning and Blue Yonder capability improvements.
- Support product launches, seasonal events and business initiatives by monitoring demand assumptions and capturing learnings.

- 3+ years' experience
- Demand Planning & Supply Chain Planning: Demand Planning, Supply Chain Planning, Integrated Business Planning (IBP)
- Forecasting: Forecasting, Statistical Forecasting, Seasonality Analysis, Demand Drivers Analysis
- Forecast Performance: Forecast Accuracy and Bias Analysis, Root Cause Analysis, Demand Planning Analytics
- Planning Collaboration: Cross-Functional Planning, Exception Management
- Tools: Blue Yonder, Microsoft Excel
- Analysis: Data Analysis
- Supply Chain Management / Business Administration / Economics / Engineering / Mathematicspreferred
