What you'll do
- Supervise and guide the Demand Planning team
- Analyze historical sales data and market trends to create forecasts
- Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Logistics on integrated demand forecasts
- Develop and monitor KPIs for forecast accuracy
- Participate in the S&OP process
- Monitor and optimize inventory levels across stores and the central warehouse
- Identify and manage overstocked or understocked products
- Help define safety stock and reorder points
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of forecasting tools and processes
