What you'll do
- Develop and maintain accurate monthly demand forecasts using Slim4 or equivalent tools
- Incorporate market intelligence, sales insights, and marketing activities into forecasts
- Monitor forecast accuracy and implement corrective actions
- Lead transition from current ERP to Microsoft Dynamics 365 from demand planning perspective
- Act as key business representative in ERP implementation project
- Ensure integration between D365 and Slim4, maintaining data consistency
- Lead demand review meetings within S&OP cycle
- Collaborate with Sales to align forecasts with market dynamics
- Participate in supply reviews with Operations and external partners
- Support financial planning and budgeting processes
- Define and maintain inventory parameters for optimal stock levels
- Monitor inventory signals and proactively manage risks
- Coordinate replenishment processes with procurement and supply planning
- Lead customer service levels by managing product availability and reducing backorders
- Follow up on purchase orders to ensure on-time and in-full delivery
- Manage product portfolio in collaboration with Sales
- Support new product introductions and product phase-outs
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Demand Planning and Forecasting with Slim4 or equivalent
- ERP systems knowledge including Microsoft Dynamics 365 (D365)
- Strong understanding of S&OP processes
- Stakeholder management and communication skills
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision making
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- Inventory Management and Supply Chain knowledge
- Independent working and project management skills
- Engineering / Supply Chain Management / Logistics / Business Administrationpreferred
