What you'll do
- Manage weekly constrained production plan with factories and monitor plan accomplishment
- Prepare and drive monthly supply review meetings to define and validate medium-long term production plan
- Process shipments from factories to European hubs and other regions
- Launch weekly co-packing work orders considering constraints like component availability and promotions
- Manage weekly distribution from European hubs to local distribution centers
- Prepare IBP Europe monthly meeting with supply constraints and scenarios
- Communicate short-term constraints with demand planning and logistics to maximize service level and limit out-of-stock
- Optimize inventory levels and define action plans for overstock reduction
- Collaborate to leverage planning tools parameters for supply chain constraints adaptation
- Lead or participate in projects related to sourcing, line transfers, and MOQ optimization
- Lead or participate in IT enhancements of planning tools, ERP, and reporting tools
- Share good practices with other regions
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Supply Planning and Production Planning skills
- Experience with S&OP / IBP Processes and Planning Tools like Blue Yonder and Anaplan
- ERP (JDE) and Reporting Tools (Power BI) knowledge
- Strong Data Analysis and Inventory Optimization capabilities
- Cross-functional Collaboration and Communication Skills
- Customer Focus and Project Management
