What you'll do
- Plan and implement the hotel’s annual sales plan in line with Group strategy and local market needs
- Set, monitor and achieve occupancy, ADR and RevPAR targets; report sales, forecasts and budget updates
- Manage individual and group reservations, ensuring complete and accurate data in Protel
- Manage and optimize OTA, official website and dynamic sales channels to maximize occupancy and direct bookings
- Create and update rate plans, promotions and revenue management strategies with hotel management
- Develop partnerships with tour operators, travel agencies, corporate clients and MICE accounts
- Negotiate contracts and rates to secure favorable terms
- Analyze the local tourism market and competition to identify new business opportunities
- Coordinate with F&B, Rooms Division and other departments to adapt products and services to market needs
- Verify reservations and maintain correspondence records according to operating procedures
Key requirements
- 4+ years' experience
- Hotel sales strategy, sales forecasting and budgeting
- Hotel reservations management, Protel and CRM software
- Revenue management, pricing and promotions, OTA channel management
- Tour operator management, MICE account management and contract and price negotiation
- Hospitality market knowledge and market and competitor analysis
- Microsoft Office/365 and English language
- Business Administration / Marketing / Tourism Management / Any Fieldpreferred
