What you'll do
- Develop and implement strategic maintenance and infrastructure upgrade plans
- Define maintenance priorities, project timelines, and KPIs
- Oversee facility development and upgrade projects, managing contractors and suppliers
- Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance activities are executed effectively
- Collaborate with COO, Head of BP, and Finance teams to coordinate operations
- Deliver maintenance programs and projects on time, within budget
- Drive initiatives to reduce unplanned maintenance and downtime
- Monitor contractor performance for cost, quality, and safety compliance
- Prepare timely and accurate technical reports for senior management
Key requirements
- 7+ years' experience
- Maintenance management including preventive and corrective maintenance
- Supervising contractors and multidisciplinary technical teams
- Experience with CMMS and Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) regulations
- Project management and organizational skills
- Technical reporting and KPI development and monitoring
- Fluency in Greek and English
- Team leadership and communication skills
- Budget management
- Civil Engineering / Engineeringpreferred
