What you'll do
- Ensure smooth store operations and follow all required procedures
- Achieve store sales targets and KPIs
- Deliver quality customer service to increase sales and build customer trust
- Organize and coordinate the team’s daily store activities
- Manage goods receipts, inter-store transfers, returns, stock levels, and timely replenishment
- Maintain the store’s commercial presentation according to Visual Merchandising standards
- Organize and present in-store promotional activities
- Apply product knowledge and leverage the store’s commercial opportunities
- Analyze sales reports and propose improvements to results
- Lead the team through motivation, organization, open communication, and respect
- Train, evaluate, develop, and support employees using available company tools
- Follow Loss Prevention rules and motivate the team to minimize losses
- Ensure Health and safety rules are followed in the store and warehouse

Benefits
