What you'll do
- Ensure smooth store operations and follow all required procedures
- Achieve store sales targets and KPIs
- Deliver quality customer service to increase sales and build trust
- Organize and coordinate the team’s daily store activities
- Manage goods receiving, transfers, returns, stock control, and timely replenishment
- Maintain the store’s commercial presentation according to Visual Merchandising standards
- Organize and present in-store promotional activities
- Analyze sales using commercial reports and propose improvements
- Lead, motivate, organize, and develop the team through open communication and respect
- Train, evaluate, and support employee development using available company tools
- Follow Loss Prevention rules and mobilize the team to minimize losses
- Ensure Workplace health and safety rules are followed in the store and warehouse

- Visual Merchandising and knowledge of fashion and competitor trends
- Sales and commercial report analysis, MS Office, and time management

Benefits
- Monthly gross salary of €1,350–€1,430, depending on experience and qualifications, as well as a bonus based on sales targets.
