What you'll do
- Ensure smooth store operations and adherence to all necessary procedures
- Achieve store sales targets and KPIs
- Provide quality customer service to increase sales and build trust
- Organize and coordinate the team for effective daily tasks
- Manage commercial store operations including stock receipt, inter-store transfers, returns, stock control, and timely replenishment
- Maintain store commercial appearance according to Visual Merchandising rules
- Organize and present promotional activities in the store
- Apply knowledge of product commerciality and utilize store commercial points
- Analyze sales based on commercial reports and suggest improvements
- Lead the team with motivation, organization, open communication, and respect
- Train, evaluate, educate, and develop staff using company tools
- Ensure compliance with Loss & Prevention rules and minimize losses
- Ensure Health & Safety rules are followed in store and warehouse
Key requirements
- Experience in team organization and management
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competition
- Communication skills and organization of promotional activities
- Work time management and sense of professional responsibility
- Excellent computer skills including MS Office
- Excellent knowledge of English
- Experience in achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Knowledge of product commerciality
- Compliance with Loss & Prevention and Health & Safety rules
- Team training and development
- Team spirit

- Monthly gross salary range from €1,350 to €1,430 depending on experience.
