What you'll do
- Ensure smooth store operations and compliance with required procedures
- Achieve store sales targets and KPIs
- Deliver quality customer service to increase sales and build trust
- Organize and coordinate the team’s daily store activities
- Manage store operations, including goods receipts, transfers, returns, stock checks, and replenishment
- Maintain the store’s commercial presentation according to company Visual Merchandising standards
- Organize and present in-store promotional activities
- Analyze sales reports and propose actions to improve results
- Lead, motivate, evaluate, train, and develop the store team
- Follow Loss Prevention rules and mobilize the team to minimize losses
- Ensure compliance with Health and Safety rules in the store and warehouse
Key requirements
- Commercial store management, store management, and work organization and coordination
- Sales target and KPI achievement, plus sales and commercial report analysis
- Team management and customer service
- Inventory management, Visual Merchandising, and Loss Prevention
- Knowledge of fashion trends and competitors, with Health and Safety awareness
- Time management, MS Office, and English
