What you'll do
- Ensure smooth store operations and compliance with necessary procedures
- Achieve store sales targets and KPIs
- Guarantee quality customer service to boost sales and build trust
- Organize and coordinate team for effective daily store tasks
- Manage commercial aspects including receipts, stock transfers, returns, and stock control
- Maintain store visual merchandising according to company standards
- Organize and present store promotions
- Utilize product commercial knowledge and store commercial points
- Analyze sales data and propose improvements
- Lead the team with motivation, organization, communication, and respect
- Train, evaluate, and develop the team with available company tools
- Uphold Loss & Prevention rules and minimize losses
- Ensure Health & Safety compliance for staff in store and warehouse

- Communication skills and English language proficiency
- Knowledge of MS Office
- Sales target achievement and customer service focus
