What you'll do
- Ensure smooth store operations and follow all required procedures
- Achieve store sales targets and KPIs
- Deliver high-quality customer service to increase sales and build trust
- Organize and coordinate the team’s daily store activities
- Manage merchandise receipts, transfers, returns, stock levels, and timely replenishment
- Maintain the store’s commercial presentation according to company Visual Merchandising standards
- Organize and present in-store promotional activities
- Use product performance knowledge and store selling points effectively
- Analyze sales reports and recommend improvements
- Lead and motivate the team through organization, open communication, and respect
- Train, evaluate, develop, and further educate employees using available company tools
- Follow Loss Prevention rules and engage the team in minimizing losses
- Ensure Health and Safety rules are followed in the store and warehouse
