What you'll do
- Support all Tenant Coordination Team tasks for implementing tenancies in the project

- Recommend and introduce new commercial options based on tenant needs
- Manage and update Commercial Plans according to leasing progress
- Liaise with tenants, tenant architects, designers, and consultants
- Ensure compliance with Tenant Design Guidelines
- Maintain records of tenant requirements and design coordination
- Monitor agreements and propose new tenant layouts
- Participate in meetings supporting Leasing during tenant technical discussions
- Coordinate meetings with tenant design teams
- Prepare and manage technical information packages for tenants
- Record technical info from commercial agreements for design integration
- Prepare material like Tenant Handbook for commercial agreements
- Alert to changes that may affect project timelines or scope
- Anticipate risks and advise on actions
- Collaborate with other departments and present work progress
- Coordinate interfaces with permitting, design, procurement, construction, leasing, operations, and handover
Key requirements
- 8+ years' experience
- Architecture and Civil Engineering knowledge
- Fire Prevention Regulations and NOK familiarity
- AutoCAD and Revit proficiency
- MS Office and Adobe skills
- English language proficiency
- Organizational, analytical, and report-writing skills
- Communication skills and teamwork

Join the Tenant Coordination Team (TCT) and support all its tasks with regards to managing the process of implementing tenancies into the Ellinikon Mall project.
As part of the Tenant Coordination Team (TCT), act as liaison between Leasing, Development and Design, and follow up on commercial agreements and specifications.
Recommend and introduce new commercial options/schemes and generate ‘what if’ scenarios, as best fit based on tenant needs and project specifications.
Manage and update the set of ‘Commercial Plans’, based on leasing progress and in parallel to design development.
In detail, Tenant Coordination Senior Associate Architect, amongst others, will have the following responsibilities to:
Liaise with tenants, tenant architects, designers and consultants.
Ensure that the Tenant Design Guidelines are being followed.
Maintain accurate records of tenant requirements and design coordination.
Update the “Commercial Plans”.
Monitor the existing agreements and propose new layouts for new tenants
Participate in meetings to support Leasing during technical discussions with tenants.
Coordinate meetings with tenant design teams.
Prepare, coordinate and manage high level as well as more technical information packages, intended for tenants.
Record and compile technical information arising from commercial agreements with Tenants, to be incorporated into the design.
Prepare any additional material for the commercial agreements with the tenants, such as the Tenant Handbook.
Alert for changes / variations that may influence project outcomes (time - delays - amendments).
Anticipate risks and advise on appropriate actions.
Collaborate with other Lamda departments; participate in coordination meetings, report, and present work progress.
Support the Tenant Coordination Team (TCT) in coordinating interfaces with permitting, design, procurement, construction, tenant leasing, operations and handover.
Qualifications
Degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
Appropriate certifications relevant to education and experience.
Certification in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
Professional Experience
Min 8-10 years of experience in projects (retail, offices, leisure, commercial residential, hospitality).
Knowledge of Regulations in Fire Prevention (passive systems) and NOK.
Experience in similar roles will be an asset (Coordinator).
Job-Specific & Personal Skills
Excellent knowledge of design software (AutoCAD, Revit).
Proficient in MS Office and Adobe.
Strong command of English (written and spoken).
Organizational, analytical, and report-writing skills.
Accurate record-keeping.
Adaptable to a changing environment; strong communication skills.
Team player, willing to contribute beyond own responsibilities.
