Intellectica is recruiting a passionate and talented Architect on behalf of a leading London-based architecture and design studio, that provides architectural services across a wide range of project types. Based in Athens, Greece, and reporting to both the Lead Architect and the Managing Director, the successful candidate will play a key role in designing innovative solutions, particularly for residential and commercial projects.

Key activities and responsibilities of this role include:

• Leading the design and development of architectural concepts for residential and commercial projects, ensuring the highest levels of creativity and innovation

• Creating architectural designs that meet client requirements while adhering to the firm's design standards and best practices

• Assisting in the preparation of project proposals, feasibility studies, and comprehensive documentation including technical drawings and specifications

• Presenting design ideas to clients and stakeholders, incorporating feedback to refine and improve project outcomes

• Working closely with internal teams and external contractors, ensuring seamless communication and the successful implementation of design concepts on-site

• Overseeing construction progress, where necessary, ensuring that projects are executed in line with the original design intent, specifications, and timelines

• Staying current with the latest trends, materials, and technological advances to refine design approaches and provide cutting-edge solutions

Professional experience & qualifications of a successful candidate:

• Bachelors’ Degree in Architecture or a related field

• At least 4 years of experience in architectural design, with a strong focus on residential and/or commercial projects

• Proficiency in ArchiCAD (2024) and/or other relevant 2D & 3D software

• Familiarity with the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat)

• Knowledge of NOK (New Building Regulations of Greece) is preferred, including familiarity with Greek construction codes

• Strong rendering skills will be highly appreciated

• Fluency in both Greek and English (written and spoken)
