What you'll do
- Inspect shopping center conditions and service delivery against contract specifications
- Maintain knowledge of operational procedures and daily operations, including parking areas
- Oversee effective maintenance of installations and machinery by contractors and internal personnel
- Prepare tender documents, define technical specifications, and evaluate tenders and offers
- Plan and oversee construction and renovation projects across the malls
- Enter purchase orders and contracts in SAP and provide SAP reports
- Review budget reports and evaluate data extracted from SAP
- Record construction and major maintenance needs across facilities and infrastructure
- Support annual plans for facility repairs and upgrades
- Communicate with energy and utilities suppliers regarding market conditions and mall consumption
- Prepare and maintain project contract documentation and files
- Coordinate with technical consultants and study engineers when needed
- Oversee compliance with health and safety conditions, ISO procedures, and requirements
- Support center management teams with mall construction and operational matters
- Assess the condition of mall assets
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, annual, and ad hoc progress reports
