What you'll do
- Provide administrative and executive support to the Maritime Sales Director.
- Engage with business clients to understand needs, provide product information, and maintain positive relationships.
- Prepare and send accurate quotations in collaboration with the sales team.
- Process and monitor customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate entry into internal systems.
- Communicate order status and product availability through regular customer follow-ups.
- Coordinate with shipping and logistics to support timely and efficient deliveries.
- Maintain customer records in the CRM system, track interactions, and generate sales reports.
- Support sales analysis and reporting with data and insights for decision-making.
- Handle internal and external correspondence, including confidential documents and reports.
- Assist with interdepartmental coordination and special projects.
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- English language and Business correspondence
- Microsoft Office and Microsoft Excel
- Sales support and Administrative support
- Customer relationship management
- Quotation preparation and Order processing
- Sales reporting and analysis and Logistics coordination
- Business Administration / Maritime Studies / Any Fieldpreferred
