What you'll do
- Welcome customers and help create a positive store environment
- Maintain knowledge of current sales, promotions, payment and exchange policies, and security practices
- Answer incoming calls and respond to emails promptly
- Prepare and submit sales contracts for orders
- Communicate effectively with visitors each day
- Submit credit applications
- Update relevant databases
- Acknowledge enquiries within two hours of receipt
- Meet agreed SLA and KPI targets
- Maintain customer records using automated systems
- Administer relevant documents
- Support internal communication with Finance
- Prepare vehicle sales invoices
- Complete sales reports
Key requirements
- Customer service and communication, including email and telephone communication
- Computer systems navigation and IT literacy
- Administrative processes and document administration
- Sales support, sales contract preparation and vehicle sales invoicing
