What you'll do
- Engage with business clients to understand their needs and provide product information
- Prepare and send accurate quotations based on customer requests
- Follow up with customers on order and dispatch status
- Process and record customer orders accurately and efficiently
- Update customers on stock levels and product availability
- Coordinate with shipping to support timely order deliveries
- Maintain customer records, track interactions, and generate CRM reports
- Contribute to reporting and sales analysis
- Resolve order and inventory issues by investigating data, identifying alternatives, and notifying managers and customers
Key requirements
