What you'll do
- Manage food and beverage operations across the hotel
- Prepare restaurant and bar inventories, summaries, and cash deposits
- Coordinate group requirements, proposals, function statements, and service facilities
- Support beverage menu planning and pricing
- Ensure compliance with SOPs, policies, procedures, security requirements, and brand standards
- Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of restaurant and bar areas, furniture, and equipment
- Monitor employee appearance, uniform standards, and professional conduct
- Guide team members by setting and monitoring performance standards
- Manage hotel profitability, revenue targets, and guest satisfaction
- Handle complaints and oversee service recovery procedures
- Review performance in regular meetings and propose corrective actions
- Develop improvement initiatives and implement cost savings
- Prepare F&B outlet budgets and monitor financial results
- Contribute to employee recruitment, training, development, and evaluation
- Collect F&B capital expenditure requirements with Hotel Management
