What you'll do
- Support training and development for the food and beverage team
- Support preparation of food and beverage budgets and forecasts
- Ensure food and beverage services meet company and legal requirements
- Prepare and update food and drink menus, ensuring their availability
- Manage stock control, ordering, and stocktaking across food and beverage outlets
- Deliver consistently high service standards and maintain guest satisfaction
- Manage food and beverage staff schedules and maintain optimal staffing levels

- 3+ years' experience
- Food and beverage operations management and hospitality operations
- Leadership and team management
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Stock control and inventory management
- Food and beverage compliance
