What you'll do
- Support training and development for the food and beverage team
- Support preparation of food and beverage budgets and forecasts
- Ensure food and beverage services comply with company and legal requirements
- Prepare and update food and drink menus, ensuring their review and availability
- Manage stock control, ordering and stocktaking across food and beverage outlets
- Deliver consistently high service levels to ensure guest satisfaction
- Manage personnel schedules and maintain optimal staffing levels
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Food and beverage department management and hospitality operations
- Leadership and team management
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Stock control and inventory management
- Food and beverage service compliance
- Staff scheduling and workforce planning
- Hospitality Management / Food and Beverage Management / Any Fieldpreferred
