What you'll do
- Support training and development for the food and beverage team
- Support preparation of food and beverage budgets and forecasts
- Ensure food and beverage services comply with company and legal requirements
- Support preparation, review, updating and availability of food and drink menus
- Manage stock control, ordering and stocktaking for all food and beverage outlets
- Maintain consistently high service standards and guest satisfaction
- Support personnel scheduling and maintain optimal staffing levels
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Food and beverage operations, hospitality management
- Leadership and team management
- Budgeting and forecasting
- Stock control and menu planning
- Compliance management and guest satisfaction
- Scheduling and staffing, organizational skills, planning skills, English language
- Hospitality Management / Food and Beverage Managementpreferred
