What you'll do
- Ensure smooth and effective restaurant operations during shifts
- Guide, train, and develop the team fostering a positive and productive work environment
- Monitor and achieve sales, labor cost, and food & beverage cost targets according to the store budget
- Implement promotional activities and marketing initiatives inside the restaurant
- Ensure product quality and excellent customer service according to international KFC standards
- Follow operational procedures and comply with Food Safety and Hygiene standards (HACCP)
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Knowledge of Business Administration, Financial Analysis, and Accounting basics
- Proficiency in Computer Skills and Microsoft Office
- Excellent Greek language skills and good English language proficiency
- Strong Leadership Skills and Management Skills for team guidance and development
- Effective Communication Skills and Goal Orientation
- Passion for hospitality and customer service, with a commitment to continuous learning
- Hospitality / Business Administration / Related Fieldpreferred
