What you'll do
- Support daily restaurant operations, staff supervision, and training
- Ensure staff follow service standards and procedures
- Monitor guest experiences and address concerns promptly
- Help manage inventory and maintain supply levels
- Facilitate communication among staff for smooth service delivery
- Participate in staff scheduling and maintaining a positive work environment
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- Restaurant operations, food and beverage operations, and inventory management
- Staff supervision, leadership, staff training, and staff scheduling
- Customer service and guest complaint resolution
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail
- English fluency
