What you'll do
- Support the Restaurant Manager with daily operations, staff supervision, and training
- Ensure staff follow service standards and procedures
- Monitor guest experiences and address concerns promptly
- Help manage inventory and maintain supply levels
- Facilitate effective communication among staff for smooth service delivery
- Help create staff schedules and maintain a positive work environment
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- Restaurant operations, food and beverage operations, and inventory management
- Staff supervision, staff training, leadership, and staff scheduling
- Customer service and guest complaint resolution
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Attention to detail and service standards compliance
- English language
