What you'll do
- Assist the Restaurant Manager with daily operations, staff supervision, and training
- Ensure staff follow service standards and procedures
- Monitor guest experiences and address concerns promptly
- Help manage inventory and maintain supply levels
- Facilitate communication among staff for smooth service delivery
- Help create staff schedules and maintain a positive work environment
Key requirements
- 1+ years' experience
- Restaurant operations supervision, leadership, and staff training
- Customer service, guest complaint resolution, and attention to detail
- Food and beverage operations and inventory management
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- English language fluency
- Staff scheduling and service standards compliance
