What you'll do
- Ensure smooth and effective restaurant operations during your shift
- Lead, train, and develop the team to create a positive and productive work environment
- Monitor and achieve sales, labor cost, and food & beverage cost targets according to the budget
- Implement promotional and marketing initiatives within the restaurant
- Ensure product quality and excellent customer service according to KFC international standards
- Adhere to operational procedures and Hygiene and Food Safety Compliance (HACCP) standards
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Restaurant Management and Team Leadership skills
- Sales Target Achievement and Marketing Initiatives Implementation
- Product Quality Assurance and Hygiene and Food Safety Compliance (HACCP)
- Business Administration Basics and Microsoft Office Proficiency
- Greek Language Proficiency and English Language Proficiency
- Hospitality / Business Administrationpreferred
