What you'll do
- Plan and prioritize production activities to meet output, cost, quality, and service targets
- Ensure process control and final product quality while optimizing operating parameters
- Lead, coach, and develop production teams to maintain capability and performance standards
- Drive recruitment and workforce planning to ensure adequate staffing and competencies
- Promote safety culture and ensure compliance with EHS policies and procedures
- Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence through sustainable efficiency solutions
- Contribute to investment, process innovation, and modernization initiatives
- Ensure cost-effective production aligned with customer requirements and quality standards
- Supervise shop floor activities and enforce operational standards, including 5S
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to coordinate operational execution
- Resolve production issues, deviations, and emergencies with minimal business impact
- Monitor performance, conduct evaluations, and promote accountability and development
Key requirements
- 2+ years' experience
- Production management, manufacturing process optimization, and process control
- Quality management and EHS compliance
- Team leadership, workforce planning, and performance management
- Continuous improvement, operational excellence, and 5S
- Cross-functional collaboration and production issue resolution
- Cost management and English language proficiency
- Engineering / Chemical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Other Engineering Fields
