What you'll do
- Ensure full compliance with GMP and regulatory requirements
- Oversee production planning and execution to achieve targets and optimize capacity
- Organize workflow to meet specifications and deadlines
- Monitor and analyze production KPIs and develop action plans for improvement
- Collaborate with Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Technical Division, HR, Supply Chain, and R&D
- Promote teamwork, performance improvement, and a supportive work environment
- Manage and coach Shift Supervisors and monitor their performance
- Oversee health and safety precautions and recommend improvements
- Approve and schedule maintenance works and equipment purchases
- Address escalated production issues promptly
Key requirements
- 5+ years' experience
- Good Manufacturing Practices and Health and Safety Compliance
- Production Planning and Execution and Production KPI Monitoring
- People Management and Communication Skills and Teamwork
- Analytical Skills and Organizational Skills and Decision Making
- Microsoft Office and SAP
- Chemistry / Chemical Engineering / Pharmacy / Business Administration / Relevant Field
