What you'll do
- Conduct financial due diligence by analysing company performance, value drivers, risks and opportunities
- Develop business plans and dynamic financial models to support strategic and client decisions
- Support corporate finance, M&A and loan portfolio transactions with financial analyses and transaction materials
- Prepare client presentations and high-quality transaction deliverables
- Contribute to fairness opinions and valuation analyses
- Engage with clients, investors, banks and stakeholders to gather and analyse financial and strategic information
- Drive special projects focused on innovation, scalability and operational excellence
- Collaborate with colleagues across levels on client engagements
- Guide junior team members, provide feedback and support technical development
Key requirements
- 4+ years' experience
- Financial due diligence, financial analysis and transaction analysis
- Financial modelling, business planning and valuation analysis
- Corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions
- Accounting standards
- Microsoft Excel, Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
- Greek language and English language
- Accounting / Finance / Economicspreferred
