What you'll do
- Lead buy- and sell-side M&A and debt or equity raising engagements from origination through closing.
- Manage engagement teams, workstreams, project delivery and transaction processes.
- Manage client relationships, expectations and stakeholder interactions throughout the transaction lifecycle.
- Present findings concisely, identifying risks and opportunities and providing transaction insights.
- Build and review marketing materials, proposals, presentations and transaction deliverables.
- Guide junior team members in producing high-quality materials and deliverables.
- Develop a business network across industry, investors, banks, legal advisers and other advisers.
- Contribute to EY-Parthenon’s market visibility and local positioning.
Key requirements
- 7+ years' experience
- M&A advisory, capital and debt advisory, and equity and debt capital markets.
- Financial modelling and valuation.
- Accounting standards and EU State-aid legislation.
- Engagement management and project management.
- Client relationship management and business development.
- MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, AI tools, and Greek and English language proficiency.
- Accounting / Finance / Banking / Economicspreferred
