What you'll do
- Conduct legal due diligence for real estate transfers, including title, land registry, encumbrance, zoning and compliance checks
- Review engineering and technical real estate documents, including permits, plans and condominium regulations
- Identify risks and prepare due diligence reports
- Draft, review and coordinate transaction agreements, leases, powers of attorney and tax declarations
- Prepare supporting documents for notaries and coordinate corrections
- Communicate with notaries, lawyers, engineers, banks and accountants
- Submit and track applications with Land Registry, Cadastre, municipalities, AADE and Urban Planning
- Collect required certificates and clearances on time
- Verify transfer tax calculations and municipal fee requirements
- Coordinate mortgage releases and approvals with banks
- Maintain transaction files, checklists and compliance logs
- Prepare client reports and progress updates
- Provide clients with updates and documentation support
- Schedule meetings, inspections and signing appointments
- Monitor deadlines and sequence transaction actions
Key requirements
- 3+ years' experience
- Real estate due diligence and technical document review
- Real estate transaction documentation and transaction project coordination
- Asset management of large real estate portfolios
- Public authority coordination, gov.gr and myAADE
- Transfer tax verification and mortgage release coordination
- MS Office, real estate platforms, stakeholder management and client reporting
- Engineering / Business Administrationpreferred
